Boxercise

Live it & Get Active have their own boxing and fitness programme. With over 38 taught sessions of boxercise lasting a full school year. Our boxercise sessions are fun, engaging and very useful for building self-confidence and discipline. We teach pupils through all of the correct punching techniques, footwork, self-defence, and build on various combinations and fitness activities related to boxing and combat sports. The aim of our boxercise sessions are to implement the techniques learnt, have a great workout and promote working out in partners and groups.
