We want fitness to be challenging but fun! We have therefore devised an elite fitness programme which is focused on delivering just that! Our fitness sessions focus on pupils learning around developing and progressing in their stamina, muscular stability and strength, and their ability to safely perform key exercises required in sports and activities later in life. We however merge these challenging exercises into engaging and exciting games, and activities. As a result, pupils are performing squats, lunges, burpees, press-ups, sit-ups and other amazing exercises, and they don’t even notice how much work they have done by the end of the session. Our fitness sessions aim to improve both physical and mental health, and really build resilience and discipline. We provide schools with termly fitness reports which measure pupil’s ability to perform exercises. This allows schools to see how all pupils are progressing throughout the programme.
