Jason has been coaching children from KS2 football for the past term. His enthusiasm for the sport has not gone unnoticed by both staff and children. All children felt valued and respected by Jason despite some feeling nervous as they had never played football before. Within minutes of each session starting, Jason made sure all children had smiles on their faces and felt confident enough to showcase their skills in front of their peers. His behaviour management skills were impeccable and the best I’ve seen from an after-school coach – he set firm and consistent boundaries with the children at the start of each session and all children respond to this in a positive way. He has a natural friendly, calm and professional manner with both staff and children. In the classroom, children who attend the session are often overheard talking about looking forward to it and encouraging their peers to join.

Myself and Maddison have been going to Family Fitness since it started. The aim was to improve our fitness and to be educated about our diet.
We have most definitely achieved that and so much more. Not only has it made us more aware of what foods we are eating and how much exercise can have an effect on our body and mind, but it’s also improved our relationship.
Although it is hard work, we do bond a lot during it due to the teamwork promoted by Mr. Singh.
It also enables us to get to know the other parents and children better and for the likes of Maddison to build on her friendship group, which is lovely to see.
Turning up today, I was so impressed to see how much it has grown; I thought I was in the wrong room at one point as there were that many children.
Mr. Singh is incredible at his role, and you can clearly see he thoroughly enjoys it.
This is just an email to show my gratitude and to say well done to whoever came up with this club.
